Full Potentail #12- No Negative Thoughts

Hello everyone! I hope you had an awesome November and an amazing Thanksgiving!!! This month's blog is about NO NEGATIVE THOUGHTS. No Negative Thoughts

Life is a blessing! We have so many amazing things in this world to be thankful for! For this month, I want you to really focus on thinking positive, being thankful, and not judgmental. Build your self-esteem. Thinking positive can make your life a lot more enjoyable and predictive. We as humans tend to sell ourselves short because we have a bad/negative mindset about things. If something is hard, we might consider that it isn't for us or that we can't do it, instead of taking that hard task by the horns and thinking "if I give it my best effort, I know it will be rewarding with or without SUCCESS". The outlook we have on things can make a big difference. "Those who think they can and those who think they can't are both usually right." -Confucius. Think about that quote for a second.... Which person are you going to be when you wake up? Are you going to believe and be positive in your life, or are you going to be a Debby downer and say you can't?

The mind is one of the most powerful things on this earth. It can be very helpful or harmful. You can fill your mind with positive or negative thoughts. But I truly believe you can do whatever you set your mind to. Every morning wake up excited to work towards your goals and dreams. Start loving the process. So, every morning to help you get in the right mindset for the day, think about three things you are excited to do during that day, think of three things that you are thankful for, and three things that might be hard but you are excited to take head on. Outlook on things is huge. People who have the mindset of I don't lose, I learn or I don't fail I learn, usually end up being pretty successful. Instead of mourning and getting down about things learn from them, grow from them and keep moving forward. Be excited to work hard and enjoy the process.

Now, I'm not going to lie, it is hard to just change your attitude or mood right away when something bad happens. What I like to think about is, it is the past and done. The next hour is a new hour that you can make of it what you want. Tomorrow is a new day to start fresh and have a positive mindset. Don't stress/worry about things you can't control and focus on the things you can control, like attitude, hard work, being a good person, or doing the right thing. There is a verse in the Bible Matthew 6:27 "Can anyone of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?" This hits hard because it is so true. Worrying leads to negative thoughts and stress, but doesn't really help. I believe there is a difference in caring vs. worrying. Caring about things makes you passionate and helps you stay disciplined, while worrying makes you overthink and panic sometimes.

NO NEGATIVE THOUGHTS, instead, I want to think positive. A couple things I want you to start doing is be confident in yourself and who you are. Be proud of what you are and what you do. Own your actions and know life keeps moving on. Don't waste time being sad when you can be happy. Be open minded and opened armed to others. Think about all the great things in your life, we dwell on one bad thing that could ruin a week, Why?? Why don't we focus on all the good things we take for granted. So, start realizing the amazing small things in your life. When things are getting hard, smile because it is making you better. When you start having negative thoughts, take a step back and think about how many things you have that you are thankful for like friends, pets, jobs, house and so much more. NO NEGATIVE THOUGHTS!!! Everyone is awesome and can be great!!! Be positive and have a positive mindset.
